At our store, we offer a variety of wood types for you to choose from, allowing complete customization to suit your preferences.

Since each wood type has different size options and corresponding pricing, we recommend first selecting your preferred wood species. Once selected, the system will automatically display the appropriate size guide table for your chosen material.

Our tables come with complimentary metal legs at the standard height of 28".

Should you require custom leg heights:

• A customization fee will apply

• Simply specify your desired height when ordering

• We'll email you a secure payment link for the price difference

This ensures your table legs are produced exactly to your requirements.

 (Truck unloading is not recommended as it tends to be more expensive. This is because the truck needs to rent a forklift, and a forklift operator must accompany the truck for unloading. Renting the forklift and operator typically requires a full day, resulting in high labor costs. It is advisable for customers to rent a forklift near their home for unloading, which can help save on expenses.)

Transparent Production: We’ll share photos/videos at every stage, ensuring the final product meets your expectations before shipping.

Issues that customers are more concerned about

We are aware that shipping can sometimes lead to packaging damage, but we take extra precautions to protect our products. We use reinforced packaging and secure padding to minimize any risks. If, for any reason, the packaging arrives damaged, we encourage customers to inspect the item upon arrival and report any issues so we can promptly address them.

I understand how important stability is, especially in a household with young children. Our tables are designed to have securely attached legs, either pre-drilled or with an easy-to-install method that ensures safety and durability. If a customer received a product that did not meet these standards, that would be an exception rather than the norm.

If you choose solid wood table legs, acrylic table legs, or solid wood acrylic table legs, you only need to attach the included leg pads from the wooden crate to the legs. Then, adjust the distance between the legs and place the table securely on them.

If you choose metal table legs:

Simply install the provided leg pads, adjust the spacing between the legs, and then securely place the table on top.

If you find that the metal leg accessory package does not include the leg pads, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to proceed on your own.
If resin cracking occurs due to improper handling, the customer will be responsible for any resulting issues.
