FAQ

Issues that customers are more concerned about

We are aware that shipping can sometimes lead to packaging damage, but we take extra precautions to protect our products. We use reinforced packaging and secure padding to minimize any risks. If, for any reason, the packaging arrives damaged, we encourage customers to inspect the item upon arrival and report any issues so we can promptly address them.

I understand how important stability is, especially in a household with young children. Our tables are designed to have securely attached legs, either pre-drilled or with an easy-to-install method that ensures safety and durability. If a customer received a product that did not meet these standards, that would be an exception rather than the norm.

If you choose solid wood table legs, acrylic table legs, or solid wood acrylic table legs, you only need to attach the included leg pads from the wooden crate to the legs. Then, adjust the distance between the legs and place the table securely on them.

If you choose metal table legs:

For small-sized tables, you will need to drill holes into the table yourself. Drilling is simple, and we will provide you with installation instructions and a video guide when we ship the product.

For large tables, you only need to attach the included leg pads from the wooden crate to the legs. Then, adjust the distance between the legs and place the table securely on them.
